You can find us opposite the Elm Ledbury Boutique Rentals complex, with the Urban Care Pharmacy sign outside, and the Safer Six sign above the main entrance. 

We are a short walk from Queen subway station.

Please call us at least 24 hours before your appt, on 647 - 509 - 8792. If you miss your appointment without letting us know, you will be charged

$60 . This charge can be also applied if you are late to your scheduled appointment.

 If you are a new patient, you need to fill in a "new patient" form on our website. We will email you as soon as possible and then you can schedule your first appointment with a new doctor. If you have been to our clinic, you can book your appointment independently on our website in the "registered patients" tab.

Please email/call the clinic to book any injections/TB skin tests.
