 Our address is 105 - 400 Adelaide St. East. We are co-located with the WholeHealth Pharmacy. If you can't find the parking outside, the nearest public parking is Richmond Sherbourne Garage at 323 Richmond St East.

Please call us at least 24 hours before your appt, on 647 - 509 - 8792 or drop us an email at hello@yourclinic.ca. If you miss your appointment without letting us know, you will be charged

$60 . This charge can be also applied if you are late to your scheduled appointment.

 If you are a new patient, you need to fill in a "new patient" form on our website. We will call you as soon as possible to schedule your first appointment with a new doctor. If you have been to our clinic, you can book your appointment independently on our website in the "registered patients" tab.
